The Waikato Waahine Mentorship Programme is designed to connect experienced waahine with those early in their careers or seeking guidance in their professional journey. This initiative embodies our mission: Empowering Women. Elevating Careers.

• We will then let each pair define their own mentorship journey in a way that suits their needs and availability.
