Here at Chamber Employment Solutions we assist job seekers with CVs, interview skills, job search and building their confidence to support them into employment. We work hard to try and create a sense of family within our programmes and create meaningful change so our rangatahi can progress into employment or study.
We create great relationships with our employers and provide support and well matched candidates for specific roles. Collaboration, communication and relationship building is what sets us apart within the marketplace to create a win-win for our employers as well as our job seekers. Our Cadetmax program is for youth aged 18 to 24 years, while Career Nest is designed for parents.

Flexiwage
Employers that take on candidates for 30-plus hours per week are eligible for Flexi-wage subsidies of around $8-9,000 for up to six months.
And once the cadets start work, they continue to be mentored by staff for six months so that they’re settled in their new environment.
